Unjailbreak problem

My friend has to return his jailbroken phone. He used the reset button on the phone now it wont connect to itunes and when he starts the phone, the pineapple logo appears. What should he do now?

Do a google search for DFU mode, get it into that and restore in iTunes.

Here is a link for DFU Mode, but if that doesn't work try recovery mode. 🙂
