unknown app

Hi
woke up this morning with a installer app wanting access to my Mac. contacts and something else.
I denied both
only nam I can remember is "smokyshasan"
can't find the app what should I do?

Definitely check all currently installed browsers extensions: Safari, Chrome, FireFox, Opera, ect.
