Unknown computer/server under Shared in Finder

I've made sure that I'm not sharing anything via bluetooth or over the internet, but I can't figure out how to get rid of a shared computer (server?) listed on my mac -- hpa45d3656493c. Could someone help me? Thanks!!

Oops...

That could mean someone is using your internet. Do you have a WEP or no password at all? Or it could be something like a printer. Virtual Machines also show up there.

This is a HP printer. Do you have one in your house with network connectivity?
