Unknown Error 9

My friend gave me her iPhone to see if I could fix this error, and it gives me the same error.

It's stuck in recovery mode and when i try to restore it give me the error

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling itunes. Then restore the iphone. It worked for me.

Just put the device into DFU Mode, and do a restore in iTunes.

This happens when the phone is already in DFU and being restored.

All you have to do is find a phone like yours and plug it into your computer and let it update the driver. And when it's done plug up your phone and you should be good to go. It worked for me after I tried everything else.
