Unknown Error on iTunes Store

On all devices - IPAD2, iPhone, itunes on MBP

Can't download apps on mobile devices, no error given.

Can't sign into account on itunes, gives an unknown error occurred (5002), please try again later.

Anyone else have this issue ?

Hi Michael,

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem on my iPhone, iPad2 and MacBook Air. Think it must be server side at Apple? I can't log into my account via iTunes but I am unable to log into my account via the Apple Store, however, I guess it has something to do with their automatic authentication for iTunes purchases.

I'm having the same problem, can't update any apps or even access my account on iTunes, says Error 5002.

Same problem. Don't know what it is. Its pretty annoying though

Oh, I just got this trying to update 6 mobile apps (Itunes on MBP). I thought it was because I had recently moved my Itunes library, but forgot to delete them from the default area, I deleted them and they then updated.

Now I've read this, and I think what I did wasn't relevent and I just got lucky

Everything seems to be back up and running now.
