Unknown in incoming call

Why all my incoming call in my ip6+ shown unknown even i already save all the contact no in my phone
 
That means the caller isn't sending through their number/caller ID, so even if you know that person's number the phone doesn't know they are the ones calling you since that information isn't coming through for whatever reason.
