Unknown incoming calls

I have an iPhone 4s, for whatever reasons all the incoming calls read like unknown, in other words I can noy identify the calling number.
Would any body be so kind to give some directions to correct this? Thank you all

You will need to call your carrier and make sure your caller id feature is turned on on the carriers end.
Nothing you can do on your own or on the phone to fix this.

Try to restore it first, if didnt work call your service and talk with them about issue.
