UNKNOWN NAME ...

Since the last update, any call that comes into my Verizon 6s comes in as an UNKNOWN NAME. I no longer see the phone number. It's for any number that isn't in my contact. Numbers that used to show up no longer do.

Anyone know how to fix this issue? It's almost a deal breaker.

try turning it off then on again? do a restore from a back up? toggle cellular off then back on?

I did the turn off and on and nothing happened. Still does it.

Tried the cellular on and off. Doesn't seem to be doing anything or helping it.

Check your Verizon account to make sure you don't have some type of caller id feature enabled. I remember a few years back on T-Mobile they had me signed up for a free trial of their Name ID feature and cell phone callers were showing up as "Wireless Caller" instead of showing their phone numbers.

Believe there is a $2.99 Caller ID with Verizon, so I assume that is what you have on your account. This wouldn't be an iPhone issue to my knowledge.

I'd call your carrier.
That's something that needs to be corrected on their end.
Just tell them your called ID doesn't work any more.

Turns out this was on Verizon's end. They had some sort of caller id offering that went on my phone for free and was screwing it up. Thanks all for the suggestions.
