Hi all,

For quite some time now i've been getting bugged by unknown number calls and I really don't want to change my number. My network doesn't have a feature to block these calls so i'm wondering why as of yet Apple hasn't implemented this feature. Are there legal reasons or something?

Cause it's a network issue, nothing to do with Apple. I hope you realize that calls coming from an unknown number can be valid and important ? Even your friends can hide thier numbers and call you. There are very valid reason on why you do not want your number shown. It's just a feature.

Just ignore them, or decline.

I get maybe one a week and send them to the answering service. If they do not leave a message, I don't bother with them. Most of the spam calls I get show their number and I can block them in the future. But there is an inexhaustible number of phone number they can recall you on.
