When I was throttled it was .1 which is actually pointless.

I'm always shocked that there are people who claim throttling is an option for them. I'd rather pay more to have something than have a useless phone. To me throttled = no cellular data, effectively.

But...you're telling me some of you are actually getting .8 when throttled?
