unlimited data plan for iphone 4 using friends account

my friend is getting rid of his iphone (leaving country) and his AT&T service has unlimited data plan.... i am planing to buy a iPhone 4 ... is there a way some how i can port his number on my new account so i have unlimited data on my account??? is this possible thanks

Not directly. However, you can do a tranfer of responsibily of his account to you and keep his number and the Unlimited Data plan. Please note that this may cause you to play a higher rate for the new iPhone 4 depending is your friend's current equipment eligible upgrade status.

ok great! but is transfer of responsibility a possibility ? how do i do that?
