All iPads Unlimited data throttling?

I have a grandfathered AT&T unlimited data plan. Do they throttle data after a certain amount of bandwidth is used?

My grandfathered unlimited data on my iphone has been throttled before. But I'm not sure at what data usage.

My grandfathered Unlimited data on my iPad hasn't ever been throttled and I'm a very heavy user.

Throttling can vary depending on the area you are in. I know people who use over 10 gb and never been throttled. Other can be at 4-5gb. Much depends on the available bandwidth in your area.
