How can i download manually my voice memos from iTunes? I find it a big mix as voice memos are placed in iTunes

Hasn’t anybody tried to copy them as files on his desktop?

Hmm maybe im not clear on what im trying to do....
What i want to do is to unload my iPhone, from VoiceMemos that take up space. Of course i dont want just to delete them, i wish to store them on my hard drive.

I think I found some sort of utility to help move them out of the corresponding syncing folders on my Mac to a conventional storage folder. That was a few years ago though, and I haven't bothered since then. I will look for my notes!

Use the share sheet to Save to Dropbox and then pull it up on your computer in Dropbox there.

Those Memos are huge and i dont want to use any type of cloud.... only a cable, to do it domestically. 😐
