Because you can't. If you had actually searched for this as you claim, you would have read that certain basebands have no software unlock.
1. Threads like this belong in the iPhone Hacks forum.
2. There is no unlock for your device and there probably never will be.
3. If you want an unlocked phone, buy a factory unlocked one.
