Ok so my dad does not need a data plan, and has been using a dump phone for a long time. He just cracked his screen on his phone, so he needs something new. I was thinking of getting him something like the Nokia Lumia 520 GoPhone, but can you use that on AT&T network without having a data plan? Or any smartphone GoPhone?
