Checked status on SwiftUnlocks.com and it says UNLOCKED. Restored 3 times and never got a unlocked prompt. Am I doing this wrong? My sister in law has tmobile iphone 5, ill ask if I can test out.
Didn't get to test out a tmobile card but did email swift unlocks and they responded to try again in 12 hours, they will reprocess again.

same here i placed the order at 11:30 Central time USA here this morning and nothing in my email yet as to the unlock request having been processed

and on swift unlocks status checker still says as processing.

I have emailed about an hour ago and no response yet

They definitely have a huge backup on their iPhone unlock right now, its growing and I hope they get a better supplier/connection soon as they are too popular to have such delays.

Looks like mine works

I ordered on the 19th at 930am. I haven't received an email stating it's completed and their site still says it's "Processing". I tested with another sim and it appears to work.

A supplier told me that they don't send a confirmation that the phone is unlocked as soon as that happen because there are so many orders, so after they unlock so many phones they will send an unlock confirmation all at once.

That also explain the fact that sometimes I get an email from unlockfusion confirming the unlock of a lot of phones instead of just one

IMO for the regular customer who only needs one device unlocked, unlockfusion and swiftunlocks are the best option because they are cheap compared to others and in most cases they deliver in time. If it takes too long just send a short message to them with your IMEI number and they will reprocess, customer service isn't their best quality but most of times you won't need to contact them.

If you are a resseller, then there are other cheaper, faster, and more reliable suppliers, you just need to know how to negotiate with them. As of right now unlockfusion is not a good option if you are planning on buy whole sale, but maybe soon they will be again

lol actually i just sent a message and they said their server is slow today!

this is the message

ALL PENDING ORDERS ARE IN PROCESS (ATT IPHONES 1-24 Hours).

AT MOMENT ALL ATT IPHONE SERVICES ARE SLOWER WE ARE TRYING TO GET IT BACK
NORMAL TIME FRAMES. THERE IS A DELAY AT MOMENT

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CONCERNS BESIDES THIS ONE CONTACT US

Regards

I'm just woried because I try making a little money in my country by selling the unlock and then buying from them cheaper and I have advertised the 24 hour frame

You can make a lot more money if you knew the right supplier who sells for less than $1.99 ;) hint hint wink wink

I know! I found a supplier who sells for 1.35
And he has an express one tat works on week days and it takes less than 10 minutes to unlock

I'd like to offer cheaper AT&T unlocks than anyone mentioned on here.

Thats good. You could advertise that as instant service and charge an extra dollar :D

I do that too! But I can only imagine how many unlock requests those guys have

I get mine @ <$1 from multiple suppliers :) and I dont do any of the leg work to check if its unlocked yet..i usually wait till they email me saying its done...then I let my customers know

I have the program t check IMEI's if they are unlocked but why spend $0.15 to check when suppliers have that responsibility.

My days vary tho, sometimes ill get 0 orders and other days ill get 20

So just to verify swift unlocks is legit?

They are legit, they work and unlock your phone but their customer support sucks. Most of orders get delivered on time and if you only need one unlock then you shouldn't have problems. They used to be really good about delivering on time but ever since they had that problem a couple of weeks ago their service isn't the same..

Bottom line: they are good if you only need 1 unlock but if you are a reseller then avoid the head ache and buy from someone else that is cheaper and provide a better customer support

Anyone have suggestions on another service? One that's been known as legit?
