unlock iOS 5?

just reading muscle nerds twitter and he is talking about an unlock for iOS 5.

I am on iOS 5 gm at the moment so i have already updated but if i downgrade to 4.3.3 (i have shsh) or 4.3.5 (assuming they are still signing) would my baseband also downgrade so i can use his ultraslow unlock to unlock iOS 5?

or am i out of luck?

basebands are not downgradeable

If he's talking about an unlock for 5.0 then they're working on unlocking the baseband that came with the official 5.0
So if you upgraded to that you should be ok.

it's the normal "preserve baseband but update ultrasn0w for new main FW" sort of thing

so im screwed right?
Its not that i need it just thought if i could do it i could get a bit more for the phone if i sell it.
