Unlock iPhone 6 plus in Bangladesh

I have got a new iPhone 6 plus as gift. It is from abroad. And I am in Bangladesh.
It is not working.

Is there any way to unlock this device free of cost ?????

No, there is no software unlocks or free unlock hacks for the iphone 6.
Find out what carrier the phone is locked to and contact the carrier and request an unlock.
