Unlock with 05.11.07 baseband?

Hi all.

I'm currently jailbroken on 3.1.2 with 05.11.07 baseband. Is there any way to unlock to all carriers?

If so, can someone point me in the right direction please.

I saw something about jailbreaking up to 3.1.3 then using Sn0wbreeze and then unlock with Blacksn0w but I have not used Sn0wbreeze before - i have always used PwnageTool to jailbreak.

I also need to keep my jailbreak untethered so is there a way to get my phone unlocked?

Blacksnow works on 3.1.2 just install it through cydia.
