Nope, no unlock for that baseband. 5.0 only has a tethered jailbreak.
If you upgrade to 5.0.1 you can do an untethered jailbreak but still no unlock.

No way to unlock that phone currently.
Sell it and buy a factory unlocked one if you need to use it on unofficial carrier.
