Unlocked 3GS on iOS 5?

I have an unlocked iPhone 3GS currently running iOS 4.3.3 and baseband 6.15.00. Is there a way to get it running an iOS 5 Beta?

Actually, I've had the beta installed on my iPad for months, and this latest release seems stable enough for my daily use.

I am sure those ways are not legal. Besides, you don't have to be a developer. Anyone with $99 can sign up for the Apple Dev Program and get access to betas, etc.

I'm interested as well. I have a officially unlocked 3GS and I have a developper account so I'd like to try the iOS5 but not if it's not JB.

Did u upgrade with the ipad baseband for the unlocked? I just swap my old 3gs for a new one, and now I have a brand new 3gs stuck on 4.3.3 it's jailbroken with jailbreakme.com tho.
