I have an 8GB iPhone 2G running 3.0 that I used redsn0w to jailbreak and unlock. I put a T-Mobile sim card in the phone and the logo and E came up and it could make calls fine, but I couldn't get on the internet to work. I tried changing the APN to internet2.voicestream.com and epc.tmobile.com and leaving the username/password blank but it didn't work. Do you have to turn the phone off/on for the settings to take affect? Anyone know why it's still not working?
