is this going to affect my unlock since im restoring? and will i have to go back into cydia and install ultrasnow to unlock? and will i need an official att sim to get it to work? (activate thru itunes)

This one wont mess up your unlock or update your baseband. It will maintain your unlockable baseband.
Yes, you will have to open up cydia and install ultrasnow to unlock and no you wont need an ATT sim to activate.
This will hactivate the device for ya.
