Unlocked iPhone 5(ATT) on Verizon Question

I am in the process of unlocking my iPhone 5 through swiftunlocks.. I plan on giving this phone to a friend whom I will use to purchase an iPhone 5S on Verizon. I heard that the verizon iphones are factory unlocked..


Will both phones work properly without any kinks? Will data be slower?


Just want to know the pros and cons.. If there is one

You cannot use an Unlocked iPhone 5(ATT) on Verizon.

The Verizon 5s will work on AT&T (that's what I'm running right now). However, an AT&T phone will not work on the Verizon network.
