Unlocked iPhone 5s

I am looking for an unlocked 5s to work with my local carrier, Cincinnati Bell. I know I can get the nano sim from them, but which iPhone do i purchase? Do i get the full price Verizon phone or the T-Mobile? has anybody has experience with either? Thanks!
 
I have seen in here it is unlocked and an in store Apple employee said it was unlocked, but I called yesterday and both employees said there was no unlocked iPhone.
 
Don't listen to store employees.
They are instructed to say that to avoid people buying them unlocked where an unlocked iphone 5S is not out officially yet.
