Im asking because I saw a link to it looking at the iPhone article here

And is like a full unlock like its not messing with the base band or anything?

After beeing here since 2009 I figured you'd know better.
Legit iphone unlock sites dont exist.
They scam you and take your money or they sell your free tools offered by the JB scene. That's it.
Only Apple and your carrier can officially unlock your iphone if that option available in your country and wireless provider.

Cause it's a wikipedia and everyone can edit it. So probably the site owner added it to there. These sites which offer such service are mostly scams.
