Unlocking Apple Watch app

Is there any way to unlock the Apple Watch app? I've seen it done with the Fitness app, but I just want to see the companion app. Any ideas?

Possibly you will be able to unlock it during Apple's April 10 previews and try-ons.

Probably not, it has been reported the Watches you try on will just be running a demo loop.
