ha, thought I was going crazy for a second.

I started to type, "Congrats, you can because you have the downgradeable bootloader", but then I read the post again and saw the 5.09


The quickest way to find out is to just download FuzzyBand from Cydia. If it works, congrats. If not, oh well.

What firmware version you have?
If 3.1.3 and your boot loader is 5.09 then you can't unlock at the moment.

What's your modems firmware?
If it's updated to 05.12.01 is not possible at the moment.
In the near future we will see a new unlock though.
