Unlocking iPhone 4

I would like to permanently unlock my AT&T iPhone 4, version 4.3.4 to use on Tmobile but don't want to Jailbreak it. What do you all think is the best way to do this?

You can't. AT&T does not (cannot) unlock their iPhones, and there is no jailbreak/unlock procedure unless you have a certain version of baseband.

My baseband is 04.10.01. Is there a procedure for this version?

You cannot permanently unlock an AT&T iPhone.
You can use a gevey but that will stop working after 5.0 is out.
