iPhone Unlocking iPhone 5 bug after jailbreak

When I unlock my iPhone sometimes it doesn't have that smooth animation like when the icons come from all 4 corners and come in together. Now I just unlock the iPhone and the icons are just sitting there already no animation. So annoying.

Any fix? Thanks.
