Unmount iDisk Before Sleep

Is there anyway to have your iDisk automatically unmount before your computer goes to sleep?

Why do you want this? is the iDisk causing you any troubles?

Not automatically anyway... you could create an automator script to do so...

My dad mounts his iDisk a lot and then forgets to unmount it before putting the computer to sleep. Then the Finder and everything hangs after waking while the iDisk times out.
