I was just wondering if this has an effect on the battery life. I heard that it reduces the capacity. True or false?
It happens to me several times a day. My MBP has been through nearly a 100 cycles, and is at 95% from original capacity (info from Coconut). Is that good or bad?

Thanks in advance.

If we told you it was bad for it, would you actually change your usage habits?

It's fine, just use your computer and don't worry about it.

It usually just happens by accident. Nevertheless, it's nice to know weather it damages the battery or not.

It won't harm the battery. 100 cycles and 95% health is not bad. Use the computer and don't worry about it.
