Hello and I have a problem with my IPhone 5s that I hope can be fixed. The problem started when I was in my settings now I don't get the unread text messages icon, the red number icon and it don't make a sound when I send a text it was fine before but now I have done various restarts and restored my phone and it comes back but then goes again every time I switch my phone off. Thanks.

Restoring it does fix it but it goes again as soon as I turn my phone off.

    Sounds like a software bug.
    Restore and setup as new.
Might be an issue transferring back from your iTunes backup.

But if I restore it as new how will I get all my apps and pics back?

Save your pics to a folder and sync them bavk. Same with apps. You can sync those back after you setup as new.
    Or live with this issue.

Yes you must your sync your iphone and then factory reset your phone, if the problem persists then you may contact company and claim warrenty.

The restore has fixed my problem but has created another one, can someone help as the artists name is all in capitals and it's not in iTunes. Thanks.

Did you download all of the Linkin Park you have from iTunes or did some come from elsewhere? Do you sync with a computer?

I sync it with iTunes on my laptop and never had a problem before but since I restored my phone I can't change it.

Is it capitalized in your iTunes library on your laptop?

I just checked the iTunes Store, and their band name is all-capital letters. That's why it is capitalized on your phone.

The only thing you could do would be to make sure it's lower-case in your iTunes library and sync with it.

Do you use iTunes Match? If so you'd need to turn that off.

If neither of those work I'm not sure there's anything you can do.

They are all lower case on my iTunes library I went and changed them all again to make sure and iTunes match is off.
