Hello and I have a problem with my IPhone 5s that I hope can be fixed. The problem started when I was in my settings now I don't get the unread text messages icon, the red number icon and it don't make a sound when I send a text it was fine before but now I have done various restarts and restored my phone and it comes back but then goes again every time I switch my phone off. Thanks.

Sounds like a software bug.
Restore and setup as new.
Might be an issue transferring back from your iTunes backup.

Save your pics to a folder and sync them bavk. Same with apps. You can sync those back after you setup as new.
Or live with this issue.

Yes you must your sync your iphone and then factory reset your phone, if the problem persists then you may contact company and claim warrenty.

I sync it with iTunes on my laptop and never had a problem before but since I restored my phone I can't change it.

But it was not before so how do I change it back.

I just checked the iTunes Store, and their band name is all-capital letters. That's why it is capitalized on your phone.

But it was not before so how do I change it back.

The only thing you could do would be to make sure it's lower-case in your iTunes library and sync with it.

Do you use iTunes Match? If so you'd need to turn that off.

If neither of those work I'm not sure there's anything you can do.

They are all lower case on my iTunes library I went and changed them all again to make sure and iTunes match is off.
