Unrecognized Partition on Disk 80 - Vista Ultimate

Hello all,

I'm getting the error "Unrecognized Parition on Disk 80" whenever Vista boots up. It shows it over and over for about a minute or two before actually loading Vista.

I've so far identified that its something with the MBR. How can I modify what I need to modify in the boot record so that it loads normally?
