At random times throughout the day my screen will become unresponsive for a few seconds. Sometimes it’s back to normal after that, and then sometimes it will kinda be laggy throughout the day.

This seems to happen more when I open Notes and try to type or edit a note, although not always. It can just be random throughout the day.

I have all of my apps up to date, I have done the force restart, I have cleared cache or whatever it’s called by swiping up on all of my recently used apps.

I have been a loyal iPhone user for years, but I have never experienced this before. It gets frustrating.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

IMO you should try restoring the phone using iTunes/Finder and setup as new without using your backup. If the phone doesn't have any issues after that you can try restoring again from backup and see if the issues return. If they do, you'll need to dump your backup and setup from new again..

Same for me. This release has caused quite a bit of freezing and unresponsive input.

I’m noticing this on my iPad Pro quite a bit. Sometimes the screen will go dark, other times it just freezes. Quite annoying.
