Unresponsive touch screen iPhone 6s plus

Anyone else having this issue? Sometimes the screen just won't respond to anything I do. I'm guessing it is software but was wondering if anyone has a similar issue that was hardware.

I've had some apps cause this, but one of those that did this was actually updated today. So I suspect the issue has been corrected.

I don't have a developer account and this is my primary phone so I don't do betas.

There is a public beta program anyone can sign up to, just so you know.

I'm on a 6S - 9.1 b4. My screen goes unresponsive at least once every day.

I thought this was a new feature.

I noticed this happened on IOS 9.0 a lot, with 9.02 it appears to have gone away.

My iphone 6plus in landscape mode gets unresponsive. Still using 8.4. I reported the bug. Apple says its being fixed in 9.1
