Unsatisfactory Apps Folder Icon on Dock

First of all, I searched....

Now as the title says, the Applications folder icon on the Dock could be better. It shows the first app in that folder!?🙄

Couldn't Apple think of a better icon for the Apps folder on the Dock??????????

In SL, I think it is a folder with the letter "A" on it.

Right click on the icon and make sure it's displayed as 'folder' instead of stack.
