With the ability to share a folder in 10.15.4, I thought I'd give it a try.

Seems to work fine, but on either the Mac itself or in iCloud, I don't see any way to "unshare" that file or folder or even to see a list of people who have had that file or folder shared with.

How do you unshare an iCloud file or folder and also see who it was shared with?

Thanks in advance,

Thanks very much for that link, but unfortunately, I had already found it and it doesn't solve my problem.

The basic problem -- After sharing either a file or a folder in iCloud drive from Finder (10.15.4), using email to send the invitation to someone, and going back later to the share button again, I still only see "add people", not "show people". I've tried with both a file and a folder, but it doesn't seem to work.

Also went to iCloud.com and messed around there and also checked out the iPhone (10.13), but no idea how to see either who's shared or how to stop the sharing.

Funny, but if I go ahead and click "add people" again, the sharing has no apparent knowledge that I had shared that folder (or file in separate test) with others.

Baffling!

Would appreciate any suggestions. :)

You don't see "show people" if you right click on the shared folder, click on Share?

I have so far only used Messages to share, not email so maybe there's a bug there or it just takes longer to take effect, or the person you're sharing with actually has to click into it to 'activate' the sharing. I've noticed with the Messages way of sharing it's actually just inviting to begin with, not necessarily sharing straight away...

It works in Safari. Once I did it there, Finder was working also.

No idea.

It seems that people need to setup an iCloud account first? Is that true?
