Hello,
I recently purchased my first MBP. On the tracking page, it says it is in transit and then says "30 July 2018". I thought this could be the estimated delivery date, however on the line below it says that the estimated delivery date is "06 August 2018". So, which one is it? (If it helps, I ordered the computer on 12 July 2018 and I live in the UK)

I meant to say I ordered it on the 21st-- oops!

I am guessing the 30 July date is when it will be shipped. Many Apple products are made to ship, particularly if you choose options like memory or storage. I would assume Est. Delivery is just what it says.
