Unwanted Ads

I keep getting "consumernewsonline.org on my screen. I can't delete it.
I have to shut down.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?😡

I just Quit Firefox...and it took care of the problem.
It probably won't prevent it from happening again but at least it won't stop me from working on the Mac.

I would say you have light spyware

Clear your cache and cookies. Also, check into ad-blockers, if you don't already have some.
