Unwanted web page pops up when using Safari

For the last few weeks, this page (photo) pops up frequently (not always), sometimes when first booting up Safari, other times when I'm switching from one website to another. I then have to click "Cancel" to escape it. Please advise on how to discontinue this happening -- much appreciated!!

Based on the title in the window, here is my best guess:
In the "Advanced" Tab in Safari Preferences there is a "Style Sheet" Option. Have you checked that? It should say "none selected" or something similar...
