I saw something weird today when I was cleaning my ipad m4 with a cleaning cloth. When wiped over with a wet cloth, I can clearly see an imprint of the silicon protection ring. However, running my finger through it, it’s still smooth. So I’m not quite sure if my ipad is actually damaged? Anybody else see this?

It isn’t actual scratches, it’s like an imprint.
If it is anything like some people get with the Mac screen, that is (more than likely) going to be permanent. Always put a very thin pice of paper (or very thin cloth so the screen stays off) between the screen and keyboard, or store and carry separately.

Are you using the Apple cloth?
