I like to do a 10 minute play around with dumbells before I go bed. It really helps tire me out before sleep especially when I'm busy rushing around like tonight.
 
No way? I play with my own dumbells before bed too! Although it's not always for 10 minutes.

Once again, I had too much coffee too close to bed time so now I can't sleep. I'll prolly be awake till my iPod battery dies.

You know what I just noticed? Typing on an iPod touch sucks sooooooo much. After getting my new cell phone which has a full physical qwerty keyboard, I realized how hard it is to type on a touch/iphone. I prefer physical keyboards over touch. It took me 8 minutes to type all this whereas with my phone, it would have taken 2 minutes. Not to mention I keep making mistakes on the iPod touch. So if u see any typos, blame the touch.

Holy hell!!! Talk about being random. Okay I'm done now. LOL

Slept for (@*# last night, and now I'm unable to sleep tonight!

Rawr, it's 4:20am and I'm not even sleepy. :mad:

And I know being :mad: about it isn't helping the cause.

What I wouldn't give for a nice warm roofie-laden glass of milk, or some knockout-sex.

I've spent the past hour and a half not sleeping. (woke up one hour after I went to bed) I don't know if it's my cold, or WTF ever is going on with my brain refusing to power down.

I thought NyQuil was supposed to induce comas so you can sleep?

I work until 2 am tonight, but im usually up this late anyways and up at 7am. I am taking four classes (or 7 credits above minimum for full time), working 25 hours a week and spending 10 hours in a psych lab not to mention maintaining a social life on weekends. I sleep 3 to 4 hours a night on average. Its not enough to get by on without coffee.

Also, to anyone who wishes to fix their sleep schedule: stop eating. . .Yes, if you want to get up earlier or later just start fasting(water and a little protein only) 16 hours before that time. Then when you wake up at that time break the fast and your body should then start to adopt the new schedule. This was shown in a Harvard study whereby a "food clock" will override your "sleep/wake-light/dark" clock. Its not a definite fix but worth trying.

It is currently 2:42am and i can't sleep. Right now I'm in the fetal position on my bed while watching The Amityville Horror; it is super scary. I hate scary movies. Especially when it's almost 3am. I hear creaks in the floors and ceiling and i jump every time.

OMFG he built coffins in the basement with their names on it! AHHHHHHHH he's coming after them with a gunnnnnnn...
 
I'm up b/c its too HOT in here. Have guests sleeping over - and they like it hot. :confused: I humor them, b/c I'm stoopid like that.

I is sweating my .... off. Got the window open in my bedroom, trying to get comfy.

5 more degrees and it'll be sleep-worthy in here. Hopefully that'll occur before sunrise does.
 
it's 130 right now and i'm just staying up later aimlessly surfing the internet and playing guitar.

lately i've been going to bed around 3 or 4. i guess there's just no reason to go to sleep yet.
