I recently added an ATV4k to my setup and for some reason the "up next" list is not the same on the app on my Mac (an iMac running the most recent Monterey OS) as on the ATV. My iPhone and iPad apps are in sync with the ATV. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting the computer, quitting and reopening and still nothing shows up in the list on my Mac app "watch now" page other than Apple TV+ shows (no hulu, no Amazon Prime, etc.).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The TV app on my Mac acts the same way also. There are no other streaming apps (Hulu,Netflix,Prime, etc) written for MacOS. They are all just different web pages in a browser. They can't talk to each other. In TVOS and IOS they are each separate apps that are programmed to interact with the Apple TV app on those other devices.

Update: For anyone interested, I spoke with someone in Apple tech support and Apple is aware of the issue and this is normal behavior for now. Evidently there is currently no way in the Mac Apple TV app to link with outside services like Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc. so any shows watched on an iOS device or on the Apple TV from a streaming service not subscribed through Apple will not show up in the "Up Next" section of the Mac Apple TV app. It is necessary to log in to each such service directly through a browser.

Thanks for the response. As noted in my post above, that is what I was informed from Apple as well.
