Coming up on 48 hours for me and still nothing. I keep going back and forth between buying it and waiting... If I just buy it and tell them I was supposed to receive the free code but didn't/couldn't wait, will they reimburse me? I really don't want to lie and come up with an excuse. I just can't wait anymore.

Correct..... over 100hrs now for me since I submitted my claim..... still no valid code!
For me i'm on 36 hours and still no code.
I thought perhaps it didn't submit so I went to submit again but it says the serial number was already used to claim the code. So I guess it's just a waiting game now.

I've read every post on this thread, and I read yours as well. It looked like you had been "Mucked around" more than I have though. You were talking about waiting over 96 hours. I've waited 48, so I'm just wondering where does Apple draw the line and say "Hey, this guy doesn't deserve a refund"?
