Mine finally came through as well. Looks like they've finally got things figured out over there.
If you are using Gmail, check it online instead of using the Mail app.
I was receiving only 1 email before... and got the other one using safari😉

Wow my patience is really beginning to wear thin... After nearly 60 hours, I finally got my code. Low and behold, when I try to redeem it, it doest work. For something that should be an automated system this is going beyond ridiculous. This has nothing to do with their servers being overloaded, but simply a complete and utter mishandling of the situation. I'm beginning to wonder if they actually want us to pay for it, then receive a refund later, to artificially inflate sales numbers. It simply doesn't make sense that after 60+ hours they have not fixed this. The are certainly capable, I'm starting to think its more of an issue of desire than capability...
