Hi.
I have read another short thread about this, but would like to know any updates and feedback from more users.
Basically my 13 pro max up volume botton produces a high pitch metallic sound when clicking.
Button works fine and feels sturdy from the outside.
Only audible when my phone is in my ear, not from a distance. Has to be on my ear.
Basically i would like to know if its a real issue and can affect the function in mid/long term or is just the annoying sound and no more than that.
Mine is a 13 pro max.
Thanks!

If you are within your return period, return the phone for a refund and get another new phone.

Is already a replacement phone i requested because screen uniformity issues.
It has a really good scereen now, but that sound. Maybe is nothing important... a bit annoying when raising volume while talking but thats it.
Just would like to have any feedback of someone with the same issue or any experience with it.
But many thanks

The volume up button in my 13 Pro has a metallic clicky sound too, if pushed when the phone is near the ear. Inaudible otherwise. So this is common and you shouldn’t worry about that. I most definitely don’t care
