update to ?: I dont see any NPR station in iTunes radio on my macbook. am i missing something

if I upgrade my Apple TV to v6.0 will I loose my current/previous favorite steaming radio stations?

No, in my case nothing was changed or lost. After setting my favorites in the new iTunes Radio, they simply showed up on the Apple TV in the new channel called iTunes Radio. I assume you are talking about iTunes radio, right?
