iPhone Update Apple ID Settings Issue

I’ve been using iOS 13 betas since released and now using the 13.1 beta. Starting with beta 8 my iPhone keeps showing a red badge on the Settings icon and when I go into Settings I get the message Update Apple ID Settings. When I click on it the message reads “Some account services will not be available until you sign in again.” When I press continue I have to enter my Apple ID password followed by entering my iPhone passcode. After several seconds it appears to be fine but shortly after the red badge on the Settings icon returns and the message is back.

Anyone else have this issue?

Seen this before. What actually worked for a friend was signing out and in again.

Seen this before. What actually worked for a friend was signing out and in again.

I signed out of iCloud and signed back in and that seems to have solved the issue. Thanks!
