iPhone 13 Pro Max Update Apple ID Settings ~ Will not complete on new iPhone.

Am trying to finish setting up my new iPhone 13 Pro Max but have hit an issue with trying to finish off updating the Apple ID Settings.
All morning all I am seeing is this:-

Any ideas please??
